- What happens if I hit the Free tier limits?
- Capture keeps working: you can always save notes and search them. AI enrichment, semantic search, and ask-your-notes pause until the next monthly reset — or until you upgrade.
- Can I use my own OpenAI key?
- Yes. Add it in Settings and every AI call bills to your OpenAI account instead of ours. Works on Free and Pro.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel from your account and your subscription won't renew. You keep access until the end of the paid period, then automatically move to the Free tier — your notes stay intact.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes — 14 days, no questions asked. See our full refund policy.
